Intake: $175

50-minute individual therapy: $160

Accepted Payments: Credit, Debit, FSA, HSA

Please confirm your insurance coverage with your provider as not all clinicians accept the same plans, and associate clinicians do not accept insurance. We do no accept Medicaid/Hoosier Healthwise. A superbill may be provided for out-of-network coverage.
