I can help. Help may involve processing through distressing thoughts, feelings, and memories or working through complex trauma. While I can provide you with traditional talk therapies, you may be interested in a unique experience which doesn’t require you to retell your whole story for the millionth time. In that case, EMDR may be an option for you. While the anticipation for the start of therapy can be intimidating and anxiety-provoking, I do my best to create a safe and relaxing experience. I want you to take me on your journey and together we will find a clearer path.

My background:

I graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Immediately following graduation, I worked at Midtown Community Mental Health Center with clients experiencing severe mental illnesses in Indianapolis as a care coordinator. During my time there, my passion for working with individuals who have a mental illness grew and inspired me to get my Master of Social Work degree from IUPUI. After I graduated in 2016, I began providing therapy for those with an array of mental health issues at Midtown. I began working part-time in private practice in March 2019 and made the transition to full-time in November 2019. I then began my solo practice in October 2020.
